Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Digital Large Format Print operator to join our team in the Asaba branch. The operator will be responsible for the day-to-day print production and maintenance of the printers.


• You will be responsible for preparing, printing and assembling signage and wide-format graphics within a busy print environment. Duties include setting files to print and producing and finishing printed materials.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Layout and preparation of files ready to print.


• Operation of wide format print types of equipment.


• Finishing and assembly of printed materials.


• Performing daily operator maintenance on print and finishing equipment.


• Monitor printer efficiencies & speed to ensure production levels meet or exceed standards & make appropriate adjustments.


• Ensure deadlines are maintained and company objectives are met.


• Observe machines in operation and make adjustments as needed.


• Identify workable production solutions when troubleshooting.


• Maintain a high level of safety, cleanliness and organisation within the workplace.


• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements

• Good working knowledge of NAINTOP software and experience in checking and preparing customer files for print.


• Knowledge of large format printers, roll laminators and digital cutters.


• A flexible attitude and ability to work across multiple projects while maintaining the highest quality output.


• Strong attention to detail along with a sharp focus on quality.


• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.


• Hardworking, assertive, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to react quickly and make continuous adjustments to provide top-quality products.
