Summary of Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day production of good quality bread and other products.
- Develop effective marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue.
- Ensure the bakery environment meet maximum standard requirements in terms of display of items to encourage customer purchases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations in the various sections of the bakery.
- Ensure daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e cash and electronics payment to ensure correctness of all transactions.
- Drive all the subordinates to provide exceptional customer service at all times e.t.c.
Academic Qualification and Skills
- HND / B.sc in Food and Beverages, Food Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in a similar capacity.
- Proven experience managing a commercial bakery is a must.
- Good knowledge of recipe for different categories of bread or baking techniques.
- Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
- Ability to proactively meet demands and pressure of customers.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make a well informed presentation on the activities of the business.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
