Summary of Responsibilities
- Oversee the restaurant operations from food planning and preparation, control, inventory management and financial reporting.
- Drive the sales revenue through an effective marketing strategy.
- Ensure adherence to standard hygiene in the various sections of the restaurant.
- Ensure the restaurant meet maximum standards in terms of display of items to encourage customer purchases.
- Maintain inventories and ensure constant availability of materials to avoid stock out.
- Ensure daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e cash and electronics payment to ensure correctness of all transactions.
- Drive all subordinates to provide exceptional customer service at all times etc.
Academic Qualification and Skills
- HND / BSc in Food and Beverages, Food Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in food and beverages is required.
- Business acumen and ability to forecast sales trends.
- Ability to work with less supervision and multitask
- Attention to details and sociable personality.
- Ability to plan and excite strategic sales process.
- Ability to make a well informed presentation on the activities of the business.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
