Our candidate must be able to demonstrate strong leadership ability, good oral and written communication skills and manage a team to achieve a common goal. Our ideal candidate should be a higly experienced  education professional that can work with minimal supervision. For NCE holders, the candidate must have been at least an Assistant Head Teacher or Head Teacher for not less than three years and for Degree Holder, he or she must have served as a Vice principal or Principal for a minimum of five years. Degree holders must be graduates of Education in any discipline or with a Post Graduate Diploma in education. Computer literacy is an added advantage.
