Roles and Responsibilities

• Position requires thorough knowledge of Civil Building HVAC Design and Execution, engineering Techniques of High and Multi storey Building.


• Create and develop refrigeration and heating systems for commercial and residential high Multi Story Buildings.


• He must go to various construction sites and properties to assess heating and cooling needs and design various systems


• Perform HVAC Design for Multi Story Buildings, taking all Environment effect, Temperature variations for heating and cooling, taking all factors and analysis, calculations using governing codes and standards, using Engineering formulas, skills, and experience


• Draft new plans to design ductwork and piping systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-15 years of experience in all engineering aspect of HVAC


• Experience in getting building codes and building permit.


• HVAC design engineer use time management skills to work within tight deadlines and finish projects on time, problem solving capacity
