JOB DESCRIPTION

A Fast food restuarant in Lagos is looking to hire a sales supervisor.

• Sell and promote customer products


• Champion and achieve sales targets


• Prepare sales duty roaster


• Supervise cleaning in a sales environment


• Ensure availability of food on the counter as at when due


• Ensure morning Prayers and pep talk


• Hand over the target to all sales reps


• Follow processes on QC’s checklist


• Avoid stock out


• All products must be sampled to ensure quality


• Do production planning for the next day by 4 pm and make necessary arrangements to avoid shortfalls.


• Check for the availability of raw materials with the production supervisor


• Ensure that the production head leaves a report at the end of the shift


• Write a handing over report for the supervisor taking over staff
