Job Description

• We are looking to recruit young, smart, hardworking, and committed individuals who are self-starters to join our Management Trainee Program into; Marketing, Business/Data Analysis, Finance, Procurement, Information Technology, Graphics – 2D/3D and Cinematography.


• If you are resourceful, versatile, analytical, assertive with a problem-solving mindset and interested in building a career in the Marketing Communications sector, then you are our ideal candidate.

Job Responsibilities

A typical day on the job will involve.

• Solving real live challenging business problems.


• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.


• Participating in meetings, projects, and other learning opportunities.


• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.


• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.


• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.


• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.


• Preparing documents and updating records.


• Rotation within different units and participating in daily operations as required

Requirements

• Graduate from a reputable institution with at least an upper class / (2.1) Degree in Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, Mass Communication, Accounting - ACA/ACCA, Finance, Arts, Graphics Design, or related field from any recognized Institution offering; HND/BSC/BEd/


• Be between the ages of 19 – 25 years.


• 0 - 1 year work experience. Must have completed NYSC.


• Must be opened to learning and sharing ideas.
