Job Description



  • Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation.

  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business.

  • Design quarterly and annual training program.

  • Track employees training progress and success.

  • Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new trainers.

  • Review existing training programs, suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention.

  • Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets business needs and improves performance.

  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education or a related field.

  • 5 - 7 years experience in Learning and Development.

  • Professional Certification in CIPD is an advantage.

  • Excellent track record in developing and executing successful training programs.

  • Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods.

  • Thourough understanding of training processes.

  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.

  • Should reside within Lagos Island for close proximity.
