- We’re looking for results-driven Relationship Managers with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Qualifications
- The most important and indispensable skill in this role is your ability to meet set targets by converting prospects to customers.
- Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager is an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of basic office tools such as Google Sheet, Google Form, Microsoft Team etc.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
