A Degree in B.Sc. Degree in Social science, Human Resources, Psychology or related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper from a leading university.
NYSC Corp Member with HR internship experience pre-graduation or exposure in the following:
Preparing and communicating training calendar for employees
Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices
Plan and execute new employee induction program and supporting effective onboarding
Prepare and maintain reports to track the efficacy of training imparted.
Delivery of training for technical and non-technical skills to employees
Identify individual and organizational development needs
