As a Resolution Manager you'll be responsible for managing and leading a team of Network telecommunication executives who are responsible for identifying and resolving telecommunications service. Develops and implements service plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Resolution Manager will be responsible for leading, inspiring, coaching and developing a team of high performing colleagues on the technical operations for our internet services.
Requirement
Minimum of HND in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years' experience in a network administration and leadership roles
Must have at least 5 years' experience in telecommunications or Fiber Optics
Ability to think critically, solve problem and make decision.
Ability to communicate and express complex information in a simple and succinct manner to a team.
Ability to develop good working relationship with a variety of internal and external partner.
