  • Human Resource management

  • Responsible for the processing of staff payments

  • Responsible for all the administrative processes of the office

  • Responsible for the maintenance of all office facilities , ensure the functionality of office equipment , the renewal of office supplies, electricity, maintenance and repair, internet, and other communications functions in the office

  • Proper documentation and filing of all official dealings.

  • Public Relations on behalf of Kainos

  • Regular supervision of admin staff such as cleaner , security, etc

  • Assigning shifts, work weeks, holiday coverage, etc.

  • Providing ongoing safety and injury prevention program

  • Any other duties as may be assigned by management


Requirements



  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience or Diploma Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience

  • Must be computer literate (Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation)

  • Good Communication and inter personal relationship skills

  • Must be resident in OR willing to relocate to Keffi
