Responsible for all the administrative processes of the office
Responsible for the maintenance of all office facilities , ensure the functionality of office equipment , the renewal of office supplies, electricity, maintenance and repair, internet, and other communications functions in the office
Proper documentation and filing of all official dealings.
Public Relations on behalf of Kainos
Regular supervision of admin staff such as cleaner , security, etc
Assigning shifts, work weeks, holiday coverage, etc.
Providing ongoing safety and injury prevention program
Any other duties as may be assigned by management
Requirements
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience or Diploma Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Must be computer literate (Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation)
Good Communication and inter personal relationship skills
Must be resident in OR willing to relocate to Keffi
