Responsibilities



  • Selling of NACK Products in the store and online

  • Achieve sales and other targets given by your team lead/ supervisor within timeframe

  • Carry out stocking and re-stocking of merchandize in the store

  • Informing the Head of sales about sales performance

  • Preparing and sending daily sales report to your supervisor

  • Managing the store social media channels

  • Manage after sales customer relationship

  • Growing and expanding company customer base

  • Collecting data, creating comprehensive reports

  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity of the store

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team

  • Ensure the store is clean and neat at all times

  • Up-sell, cross-sell, and deep sell all our products to customers


Requirements



  • BSc/HND in any related field

  • 0-2 years experience as a sales representative

  • Proficient in MS office and Google workspace

  • Good eye for detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must live in close proximity Victoria Island, Lagos

  • Available to resume as soon as possible

  • Upbeat and amiable personality
