Responsibilities

• Installing new software and hardware components.


• Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.


• Assisting with network administration tasks.


• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.


• Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.


• Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.


• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.


• Maintain and troubleshoot all network and computer-related issues.


• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.


• Enhance office IT system through appropriate upgrades and advise Operations Unit on changes or improvements required.


• Help install and support all ICT hardware and software.


• Provide overall administrative support to the Company areas of operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology or any related field.


• 1 to 3 years of experience providing information communications technology (ICT) and administrative support.


• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication ability, both written and verbal.


• Personable, professional demeanor.
