JOB SUMMARY



  • This role reports to the Managing Partner and has dotted relationships with other Partners.

  • Formulation and execution of the Firms Brands, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs/PR policies and programmes designed to enhance HCP’s internal and external image and ongoing communication of new developments vital to the long-term successful operations of the firm and to all key stakeholders.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Formulate all HCP Brands, Marketing, Communications & Corporate Affairs Strategies, policies and procedure.

  • Coordinate all the Firm's Business Development, Sales & Marketing Efforts.

  • Coordinate all content development and advertising campaigns.

  • Manage the firm’s website and social media campaigns.

  • Develop targeted communication solutions, monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness.

  • Implement the firm’s Automated CRM feedback system to achieve the firm’s customer relations and business objectives.

  • Facilitate the planning and implementation of a result-oriented media campaign on behalf of the firm.

  • Directly supervises the work of the Front Desk Officer.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Minimum of 5 years’ Brand, sales & marketing experience preferably from a Human Resources Consulting environment.

  • First degree in Arts, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Humanities or a related discipline with a minimum of a Second Class Honours from an accredited university.

  • An Msc/MBA and CIM is an added advantage.

  • Possession of a Post Graduate degree and relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Basic Proficiency Level)

  • Proficiency in the use of HubSpot will be an added advantage.
