Job Summary:
- HR Officer wilbe responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for an organization.
- This role typically involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initiainterviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to make hiring decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for the organization.
- Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initiaphone and in-person interviews with candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and make recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with job boards, recruiting agencies, and other externarecruiting sources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant data in the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with alrelevant labor laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and interviewing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbaand written.
- Strong interpersonaskills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Attention to detaiand the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Remuneration: N120,000 Gross.
