We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR and admin functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, payroll processing, and general office administration.
The HR and Admin Officer will work closely with management to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed and will act as the first point of contact for all HR and administrative queries.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and issuing offer letters.
Employee Relations: Maintaining positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, handling grievances, and conducting employee exit interviews.
