Job Brief

• We are currently looking for an accounting officer to manage the financial bookkeeping of clients' business.


• The accounting officer will be responsible for analyzing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements, preparing and managing budgets.

Job Description

The accounting officer will perform the following;

• Act as accounting/inventory officer on secondment to clients.


• Carry out financial transactions data entry using sage one accounting solution.


• Ensure adequate documentation of financial and transaction documents.


• Ensure to carry out monthly bank reconciliation.


• Prepare a monthly account payable statement and reconciliation.


• Prepare a monthly account receivable statement and reconciliation.


• Carry monthly inventory counts and reconciliation.


• Carry out any other assignments as may be required by the firm.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting.


• AAT in ICAN is an added advantage


• 1 - 3 years experience in an accounting field post NYSC


• Basic knowledge of various accounting software such as sage one


• Knowledge on Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel


• Applicants should reside around Yaba, Maryland, Ikeja, Agege axis of Lagos.

Salary

N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
