Responsibilities
- Listing business on all platforms
- Ensuring the business receive new clients
- Sourcing property options for business expansion
- Prospecting developers, owners and managers of high impact assets in each region through various means including cold calling, networking, etc
- Sourcing new opportunities to increase sales and revenue through well thought out strategies
- Analyze, set and manage revenue targets in line with business goals
- Overseeing business operations
- Coming up with presentations for potential partnerships virtually
- Negotiating contracts through legal process
- Working towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing local and international clients
- Gathering and reviewing clients' feedbacks and implementing necessary changes to the business processes in favor of the business.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3yrs proven experience in Business Development
- Working knowledge of real estate acquisitions, development, finance and hospitality
- Drive and ambition with proven track record of repeatedly exceeding sales objectives
- Proven track record of cold outreach and prospecting to drive top of the funnel conversion
- Highly developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Advanced level of proficiency in Advanced level of proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Time management skills to balance cold outreach
- Bachelor's degree in real estate/finance or any related field.
