End-user support for executives, office personnel, and other key business stakeholders; this could include installation and configuration of hardware and software applications, as well as some security functions such as password resets, etc.
Experience working with active directories, domain, etc.
E-mail, A/V conferencing, VoIP device replacement and configuration.
Support of enterprise solutions including Microsoft Office365, Exchange e-mail, Anti-Virus software.
Provide timely and efficient executive-level support.
Provide technical support on commonly used applications and devices (MFD network printers, O365 Applications, etc.)
Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Replace parts as required
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Support the roll-out of new applications
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
Test and evaluate new technology
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
2 - 5 years of support experience in an enterprise environment using Windows and some Apple/Mac hardware.
Application support for Microsoft Office365, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
Operating Systems: Windows Server, Mac OS X (Server/Workgroup Manager), iOS and Windows 7 through 10.
HP printer installation and configuration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively operate independently as well as in a team environment.
