The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic customer relationships to scale up our loan origination for SMEs.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales expectations specifically for the SME loan variants
Drive the initiatives to grow SME portfolio as well as customer acquisition and profitability
Support the business to formulate and implement an SME proposition and product development strategy, establishing a core suite of propositions and products for identified segments
Evaluate features, profitability, and positioning of products and ensure each maximizes customer take-up and commercial reward for the bank.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree related field
3 years of sales and business development experience in banking or fintech companies
Experience delivering on targets, reporting, and presentation skills.
