Develop and implement Human Resource initiatives and systems.
Provide counseling on development and implementation of company’s policies and procedures.
Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process based on laid out policies and procedures.
Create and implement effective new employee orientation and on-boarding plans.
Update job requirements and staff policies when needed.
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
Develop and implement training and development programs.
Develop HR planning strategies considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
Monitor performance management and employee evaluation.
Administer payroll and maintain employee records (attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Deal with employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance (i.e. Pensions and benefits administration, HMO’s, Taxes, Health, safety and wellness).
Serve as advisor to line managers/ Department Heads and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures.
Negotiate salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
