Job Description



  • Develop and implement Human Resource initiatives and systems.

  • Provide counseling on development and implementation of company’s policies and procedures.

  • Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy.

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process based on laid out policies and procedures.

  • Create and implement effective new employee orientation and on-boarding plans.

  • Update job requirements and staff policies when needed.

  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.

  • Develop and implement training and development programs.

  • Develop HR planning strategies considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.

  • Monitor performance management and employee evaluation.

  • Administer payroll and maintain employee records (attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

  • Deal with employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.

  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance (i.e. Pensions and benefits administration, HMO’s, Taxes, Health, safety and wellness).

  • Serve as advisor to line managers/ Department Heads and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures.

  • Negotiate salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.

  • Any other duties as assigned by management.


Job Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification.

  • 1 - 2 years work experience.
