About the Company: Our Client is the founder and CEO of a high-end Asian fusion Restaurant, Short-let Apartment among other businesses within the hospitality and real estate sectors.


About the Role: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, and also help in managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant needs to be resourceful, innovative, proactive and must be able to think independently to make decisions under pressure. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skill, be able to act with minimum supervision. support.


Summary of Responsibilities:



  • Conduct research on various topics, prepare reports, and present findings to the CEO.

  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other communications as required.

  • Manage special projects, including planning and coordinating events and initiatives.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other departments.

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements

  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports

  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff

  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory

  • Take minutes during meetings.

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

  • Organize and maintain the office filing system


Requirements and skills



  • At least 1year prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant

  • HND or University Degree in any field

  • Must have Completed NYSC

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Familiarity with office tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • While priority will be given to candidates who reside in Benin City, candidates willing to relocate to Benin at their own cost post hire will also be considered.
