Responsibilities

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.


• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.


• Assist in performance management processes.


• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues


• Provide counselling on policies and procedures.


• Support the development and implementation of HR Initiatives and systems.


• Prepare payroll and ensure working conditions meet legal standard.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related course.


• 2 - 3 years work experience.


• Proven experience as an HR Officer.


• Knowledge of HR functions (Pay & Benefits, Recruitment & onboarding, Training & Development, Payroll preparation).


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).


• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.


• Outstanding Organizational and Time management abilities.

Salary

N120,000 - N150,000 monthly
