We are recruiting for a QA Analyst / Software tester for our client who is an early-stage fintech startup.

Job Description Summary:

The jobholder will be responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance test cases. You will report to the Head of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor the performance of products


• Develop and implement test plans for product


• Review and approve test results


• Develop and track test metrics


• Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress


• Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations


• Identify areas for improvement to enhance the product’s efficiency


• Work closely with the product team on the design and development of new features


• Create and maintain documentation and tutorials


• Implement new processes and create new tools to automate testing

Required Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in a related field


• 2-3 years’ experience in QA/QC preferably in a fintech or insurtech startup


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Excellent analytical skills  and problem-solving skills


• Keen attention to details


• Diligent and meticulous


• High regard for safety standards and quality control
