Job Summary

The full-stack developer is responsible for the management of the front-end and back-end development processes. This individual is tasked with designing, developing and maintaining of fully-fledged and functioning platforms with databases or servers.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, development and management of software


• Testing and debugging of software to ensure optimization


• Management and writing of clean code for the front end and back end of the company software


• Ensuring cross-platform compatibility and optimization


• Testing and maintaining the responsive design of applications


• Working with relevant teams to work on the development of new features for the company software


• Development and Integration of effective APIs and RESTful services


• Keeping up with technological advances and trends to optimize software


• Working with relevant teams to communicate the effectiveness of emerging technologies to decision-makers and clients


• Assist relevant teams with the development of technical documents (e.g. whitepaper, manuals etc.) and policies for accurate referencing and reporting.


• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design


• Create security and data protection settings


• Writing low-level and high-level code


• Work with relevant parties to integrate the software with 3rd party hardware and software


• Conducting research for the improvement of company software


• Assistance with executing company demos, presentations and proof of concepts


• Assist relevant teams to execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC)


• Working with management to sure the company tech strategy is achieved


• Ensuring all the company’s tech strategies are aligned with business goals and are achieved


• Meeting both technical and consumer needs


• Other ad-hoc services as required by the company

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.


• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role


• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.


• Familiarity with common stacks.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Great attention to detail


• Organizational skills
