We are looking for an experienced Customer success personnel with Technical support and project management skills.


QUALIFICATION


A good degree in Computer Science related discipline, Computer Engineering, Project Management or its related course from a recognized university/ polytechnic.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Act as Goto Person between customers and the company as it relates to After Sales Service (Sales and Technical).

  • Provide first tier technical support services to customers.

  • Develop and sustain customer’s loyalty.

  • Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.

  • Follow up on customers inquiries and issue resolution.

  • Follow up and improve on boarding process on customer projects.

  • Manage our Customer Support Channels.

  • Liaise with Technical support and sales team to ensure customer’s satisfaction.

  • Must be customer-centric

  • Must be IT savvy.

  • Must have worked as a managerial staff or team lead

  • Have Technical skills

  • Be customer friendly

  • Proven knowledge of Project Management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Good listening skills


WORK EXPERIENCE



  • Candidates should have minimum two (2) years work experience in Customer success and Technical support.
