Job Description



  • Generate revenue from digital subscription sales to entrepreneurs, would-be entrepreneurs and transiting entrepreneurs.

  • Prospect digital subscription on social media, telephone, email and one-on-one interactionswith existing and potential subscribers.

  • Analyze subscribers data to identify ways to increase subscribers and minimize risk of cancellations.

  • Set up sales strategies for lead generation and new business development.

  • Build strong relationships with customers to expand new business opportunities.

  • Maintain current subscribers relationship and identifying areas for potential subscribers.

  • Contacting potential subscribers to establish a business relationship with them.

  • Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods.

  • Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business.

  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.


Qualifications



  • BSc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.

  • 2 - 5 years work experience.

  • Previous experience of – and a relish for business to consumer and business to business sales (Minimum of 2 years).

  • Face to face and institutional sales experience is essential.

  • Proven experience of consistently meeting and or exceeding sales target.

  • Excellent use of Canva for simply social media designs

  • Social media savvy

  • Ability to use email marketing effectively

  • Experience within a subscription/membership sales environment is preferred, but not essential.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-urgency sales environment.

  • Energy, positivity and a personable, customer-focused style

  • Proven ability to build and develop relationships both internally and externally

  • Clear understanding of the end to end sales process

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Proven persuasion and negotiation skills

  • Must take initiative and be a self-starter

  • Commitment to excellent customer service

  • Experience attending conferences and developing a good rapport with prospects

  • Strong experience in relationship building

  • Positive, can-do, hands-on approach when faced with challenges to success

  • Preferably living within Surulere and its axis
