Responsibilities:



  • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise

  • Ensure high level of customers satisfaction through excellent service

  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

  • Maintain outstanding store condition and merchandising standards

  • Deliver the highest level of professional service to customers

  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability

  • Recording daily sales, receive and follow up on payment of all client orders

  • Actively involved in receiving of new shipments

  • Motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales goals

  • Build processes that meet the business objective and ensure compliance.

  • Ensure the whole store is cleaned in the morning

  • Daily checks on the fuel and sends a photo to the creative director

  • Send the creative director the list of beads to be produced.

  • Update the inventory and complete schedule management


Requirements:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization and follow through skills

  • Excellent people management and time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize and handle a complex and varied workload

  • Analytical and problem solving skills


Job Qualification



  • Minimum of B.Sc/B.A in business administration, management and other related courses.

  • Minimum of 5 years cognitive experience in Management or any other related field
