Job summary
- The job entails sales and promotion of new/ existing products and any special deals. Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service. Recording orders and sending details to the sales office. Giving regular feedback on sales trends and market dynamics.
Duties & Responsibilities
The position is responsible for the following main activities:
- To maintain and service the existing customer base of the company with the company products.
- To attract new customers with fresh patronage.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products to both old and new customers.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- To be able to deliver and exceed month sales target.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- To always scan the industry in relation to competition and present SWOT analysis to the regional manager for management decision making.
- To perform other duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Marketing and any other Social Science discipline
- Not less than 2- years post-graduation experience in a similar position in an FMCG company
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good critical and analytic skill
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Good oral and written communication skill
- Good interpersonal relationship skill
- High Integrity
- Must be between 25 – 35 years of age.
