Job summary



  • The job entails sales and promotion of new/ existing products and any special deals. Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service. Recording orders and sending details to the sales office. Giving regular feedback on sales trends and market dynamics.


Duties & Responsibilities


The position is responsible for the following main activities:



  • To maintain and service the existing customer base of the company with the company products.

  • To attract new customers with fresh patronage.

  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products to both old and new customers.

  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.

  • To be able to deliver and exceed month sales target.

  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

  • To always scan the industry in relation to competition and present SWOT analysis to the regional manager for management decision making.

  • To perform other duties as assigned by management.


Candidate Requirements:



  • BSc/HND in Marketing and any other Social Science discipline

  • Not less than 2- years post-graduation experience in a similar position in an FMCG company

  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

  • Good critical and analytic skill

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages

  • Good oral and written communication skill

  • Good interpersonal relationship skill

  • High Integrity

  • Must be between 25 – 35 years of age.
