Job Description



What you’ll do 



  • Coordinating the definition, documentation and refinement of operating standards and processes for core operations including but not restricted to software development, testing, support, integration, project management, IT security, and Infrastructure management.   

  • Coordinating the definition, documentation, and refinement of standards for support operations including HR, finance, procurement, and maintenance.  

  • Identifying and adapting world class operating standards and best practices for seamless adoption by the company.  

  • Creating, archiving, and updating policy and SOP documents.   

  • Implementing newly defined or adapted practices and integrating these into day-to-day operations.  

  • Promoting a lean and agile mindset within the organization.  

  • Auditing organization adherence and commitment to the organization processes and policies and institutionalize quality standards.  

  • Collaborating with stakeholders on monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing operation and business performance through business dashboard.  

  • Generating new ideas for process improvement initiatives and providing management with insights and solutions.  

  • Developing and implementing continuous improvements to the organization overall business processes and policies.  

  • Supporting & monitoring operation to make it measurable, repeatable, and predictable. 

  • Managing the organization Risk Assessment exercise. 

  • Collaborating with HR and top management in developing high-performance culture and Performance Management Systems. 

  • Collaborating with external vendors and internal development team in enhancing business automation processes, dashboard, and scorecard through different channels.  


Requirements



  • 3 years work experience in a software development organization in a similar role.  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Good reporting skills and standards.   

  • High level of intelligence with the ability to learn with ease and speed.   

  • Ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels.  

  • Passion for the Information Technology Industry.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is highly essential and recommended.  

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, problem solving, analytical thinking, and communication.  

  • Self-confidence and authenticity while having high personal ambitions and strong work ethic.    

  • Understanding of project management methodology. 

  • Understanding of kaizen process improvement technique. 

  • Proficient in the use of agile delivery tools like JIRA, Confluence etc. 

  • Comfortable with the use of enterprise productivity tools Microsoft 365 apps, process automation tools, ticket management platforms etc.
