- Respond to internal and external personnel requests and provide assistance while supporting different projects.
- Maintain records of national personnel-related data (Missions feedback, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Liaise with other departments or functions (HSE, HR, Procurement).
- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires though a rotation sheet.
- Produce and submit reports on general activity (Especially employee request).
Profile
The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent (essential).
- 5 years of experience as an HR Officer (essential).
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Data Management Skills
- Exposure to subcontracting practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
- Good knowledges of Oil & Gas Maintenance trade.
