Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the HR consulting industry
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the Consulting industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, while driving revenue growth in the servicing industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
