Job Responsibilities



  • Supervision of administrative duties

  • Admin asset purchase and management

  • Supervision of admin technical (electrical/electronic) duties.

  • Supervision of Admin daily activities

  • Management and maintenance of office facilities and equipment。

  • Responsible for supplier management, inspection and supervision, monthly supplier performance evaluation

  • Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces

  • Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed

  • Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors

  • Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals

  • Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Property Management or any Admin related field.

  • Vast Experience in Facility management

  • Have a good sense of service

  • Strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Passion and commitment for the job.

  • Organizational skills.
