  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

  • Answer queries by employees and clients.

  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.

  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).

  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.

  • Arrange travel and accommodations.

  • Be accountable for financial reporting to strict monthly deadlines.

  • Essential ability to set up an efficient finance function.

  • Schedule in-house and external events.


Requirements



  • B.Sc in Accounting

  • At least 3 years work experience.

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts and Administrative Officer.

  • Must be a self starter.

  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.

  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point)

  • Proficient in the use of accounting software (QuickBooks).

  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
