Ensure adherence to Company HACCP plan, GHP and Food safety policy. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards and engage relevant departments to ensure compliance with environmental hygiene standard.
Monitor daily adherence to cleaning and sanitizing procedure
Ensure adherence to PPE rules
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc. in Food Science / Food Science and Technology / Food Microbiology with 3-5 years experience.
Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards (GHP, GMP), Must be familiar with ISO 22002 Food Safety Management System
Knowledgeable in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point and have Knowledge of Food Quality/Safety Controls.
