Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated Travel Operations Specialist to join our team.

• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a deep knowledge of the travel industry, and a passion for helping clients achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with their job search in the travel industry by providing expert advice and guidance


• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals


• Research job openings and employment trends in the travel industry


• Review and edit resumes, cover letters, and other application materials


• Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to clients to improve their interviewing skills


• Help clients navigate online job search platforms and application portals


• Provide regular updates and communication to clients regarding job search progress


• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the travel industry


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and job applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field


• Up to 5 years of experience in travel operations, human resources, or a related field


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills


• Strong research and analytical skills with a deep knowledge of the travel industry


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other job search and application software
