JOB DESCRIPTION

The job responsibilities cuts accross different roles in the company, and other subsidiaries such as Rayuwa farms, Rayuwa bakery, (Jankawa branch; yet to kick-off, and Rayuwa bakery Wuse branch,) and Real estate.

• Overseeing daily business operations


• Developing & implementing growth strategies


• Training low-level managers and staff


• Creating and managing budgets


• Improving revenues


• Hiring employees


• Evaluating performance and productivity


• Analysing accounting and financial data


• Researching and identifying growth opportunities


• Generating reports and giving presentations


• Reporting directly to the MD 


• Monitoring depatrments/units in the company


• Ensure compliance within staff


• Liason with outsiders/ other institutions


• Other duties assigned by the management
