• Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
  

Responsibilities

• Tasked to drive profit through success proven strategies and initiatives.


• Supervise the activities of all the support staff including in-house tailors, beaders, stylist and etc.


• Tasked to recruit, train and handle the manpower needs of the organization.


• Ensure that all clients'needsare met in line with specified requirements and timeline fortask delivery.


• Make designs and maintaincustomers' informationdatabase.


• In charge of quality control and assurance.


• Keep up with the latest modern trends and developments from competition.


• When necessary, choose materials and suppliers for the market.


• Keep track ofinventory at all times to prevent shortages.


• Make sketches, prototypes, and illustrations.


• Be engaged on social media and do some research on fashion trends.


• Control the entire process of making bespoke and ready-to-wear garments.


• Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements and Skills

• Must have a track record of profit generation in previous place of engagement.


• Without supervision, run the business's daily operations effectively and efficiently.


• Work with and oversee staff personnel effectively towards meeting set out targets and KPIs.


• Must be skilled in color coordination, skin tone, size fit, and drawing (for both retail and bespoke clothing).


• Willing to promote the brand or serve as its face when necessary.


• Whenever required, ensure that proper home service is rendered to customers.

Qualifications

• BA/B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline in Business Management.


• Minimum of 3 years as a Business Manager with at least 1 year experience in the fasion industry.


• Must reside in Lagos (Within the axis of Oshodi and environs).


• Must be available to resume immediately.

Salary

Job holder is entitled to;

• N80,000 - N200,000 / month. (Basic salary).


• Perfomance based bonuses.


• Refereal bonuses.
