Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and guest in the hotel premises.


• Conduct regular risk assessement to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities and take measures to mitigate them.


• Overseeing the security team and ensuring that all security personel are properly trained to equppied to handle emergencies and security incidents.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 15 years experience.


• The ideal candidate should be a retired military or para military person.
