The appointee will be a graduate of Electrical / Power Engineering preferably at the post-graduate level, with not less than fifteen years' experience in the power industry, or in the power consulting/ education industry.
The selected candidate will have very high contacts in the power industry, at the level of Director, Chief Technical Officer, and Head of Human Resources/Learning.
He or she will have good research and proposal preparation and presentation skills, strong business development, and effective leadership skills.
The appointee will be responsible for budget preparation and monitoring, and performance management, and must understand the importance of meeting client development and revenue generation in a target-driven environment.
