Responsibilities
- Working closely with Counseling Team to educate them about changing Student Visa Rules.
- Ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and travelling done within deadlines.
- Will be the process owner for assigned clients (students) and ensuring that they are guided well from start to finish of the student Visa application process.
- Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & background related papers.
- Helping team to manage the students and providing advice in preparing the visa files.
- Liaising with the students to confirm that everything is done before the interview date
- Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals.
- Undertaking the duties as per the requirement of the business.
- Train students for Visa Interview.
- Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals.
- Responsible for timely reporting to the Team Lead.
Requirements
Prospective Applicants should have:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant Study Abroad industry experience.
- Should have a track record of successful visa applications to countries like the UK, Canada, US, Australia etc
- An Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during the phone conversations or walk-ins.
- Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students and parents.
- Should be result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
- An Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
- Should have an ability to understand international Education market.
