- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, market trends in the FMCG industry.
- Help sales team to meet their target.

Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience leading a sales & marketing team preferably in the FMCG sector.
- First degree in marketing or related discipline
- Strategic / persuasive approach to business development
- A result-oriented person.
- Commercial awareness and a sound understanding of the business environment.
