Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Annual budget setting and overall management of the P&L budget

  • Monthly management accounts & cashflow forecasts

  • End to end sales ledger control including credit control and collections.

  • End to end purchase ledger control including processing and posting purchase invoice

  • Resolving all general day to day accounts queries and mailbox management.

  • Posting of bank receipts to multiple banks

  • Ensure PAYE returns are submitted and paid on a timely basis

  • Balance sheet reconciliations

  • Oversee all company accounts

  • Implement process improvement

  • Management Accounts

  • Financial Reporting

  • Year end Statutory Accounts

  • Oversee the Audit.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification with at least 10 years work experience.

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA qualifications

  • Experience of working as Financial Controller in a telecom business

  • Strong people management experience

  • Advanced knowledge of excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)

  • Attention to detail

  • Strategic and commercial acumen

  • Business Change Management

  • P&L and Balance Sheet experience.

  • Solution focused.
