Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company's established strategic plan within the assigned operations area to achieve its goals and objectives working closely with and under the direction of the Vice President of Operations - Western Hemisphere. Maintain and enhance Noble's reputation as an industry leader.


• Develop and improve customer and vendor relationships in the assigned operations area.


• Assist in or produce feasibilitystudies/business plans for new business development.


• Manage offshore drilling operations for all assigned rigs including HSE performance, customer interaction, regulatory compliance, conflict resolution, logistics, manning, technical operations, asset preservation and maintenance and other duties necessary to maintain operations

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in offshore drilling operations or related field.


• Strong leadership, management experience holding senior positions in the drilling industry.


• Nigerian in country resident


• Fluent English communication skills (both oral and written).
