The Technical Sales Officer is to sell products and services of Sambus to organizations in both public and private sector.
The role is B2B sales role, where the sales officer is assigned a vertical market and they are responsible to selling to potential customers in that vertical.
The Technical Sales Officer, is to identify and generate opportunities, leveraging the resources and trainings provided by Sambus to sell, upsell and cross sell clients in the assigned verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify sale opportinities, and follow the sequence of activities in Sambus sales cycle to achieve annual sales target.
Networking and building connections as well as developing new accounts to build potential sales pipeline.
Developing sales documents, preparing quotes and completing sales related administrative task.
Debt Recovery Support; monitor account receivables in assigned industry,and collaborate with the product champions in client organisation to induce fast payment on receivables.
Providing outstanding after sales service to the clients and managing client relationship to ensure positive customer satisfaction review.
Operational Reporting and Feedback; To produce periodic operational report, to the line manager, and provide feedback on market and customer developements that Sambus needs to respond to.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Geospatial / GIS related field or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Geospatial/Saas/GIS or related industry.
