Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Maintaining files and records
Drafting and preparing documents and reports
Coordinating and managing travel arrangements
Monitoring and ordering office supplies
Performing other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
B.Sc/HND/ND/SSCE
Must reside in Benin City
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
