Responsibilities

• Prepare adequately for lessons through the writing of lesson notes and ensure instructional aids are always available for ever lesson.


• Be vast and knowledgeable with relavant 21st cntury teaching methodologies and be able to implement them appropriately.


• Prepare, update and forward statutory records to the head teacher on a weekly basis.


• Encourage high performance among pupils at all times.


• Ensure class participation.


• Work wit upcoming pupils and encourage improved performance.


• Set assessments and oversee examinations.


• Mark pupils' work and record performance.


• Participate in extra curricular activities as assigned by the Sectional Head.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / PGDE, B.Ed, NCE qualification with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
