Responsibilities
Their job responsibility includes:
- Coordinating sales activities; from order to delivery and everything in between.
- Setting and achieving sales goals
- Making sales forecasts
- Managing the company’s website
- Converting leads to customers.
- Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Analyze data and adjust campaigns to improve performance and ROI
- Create and curate content for social media channels, including product launches, promotions, and influencer partnerships
- Develop email marketing campaigns and automated flows to drive sales and engagement
- Work with the E-commerce team to optimize website user experience and drive online sales
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop digital assets that align with brand guidelines
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and platforms
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Marketing team
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S) For Candidate:
- Increase in website traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Increase in social media followers, engagement, and brand awareness
- Effective execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns
- Consistent adherence to brand guidelines and messaging
- Continuous improvement of digital marketing knowledge and skills
- Timely and accurate reporting of campaign performance metrics and insights to the Marketing team
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- The ideal candidate is expected to possess a Degree in Marketing or Communication (or related field) from a recognized institution.
- Digital marketing certification like google, Facebook, etc.
- Administrative and customer care experience
- Minimum of 12-18 months experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Working knowledge of fashion, fashion business and fashion trends
- Understanding of the beach wear and bikini business.
Skill Set Required of Candidate:
- Marketing expertise
- Communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.)
- Proficient in the use of marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

- Social media savvy
- Ability to identify trends and insights.
- Ability to allocate marketing investments.
- Ability to plan and direct marketing campaigns.
- Ability to measure and assess goals vis-à-vis ROI.

Salary
The proposed pay is 200,000 naira divided into basic and productivity payments Productivity bonuses exist for exceeding targets. Payment is tied to meeting set targets which are:
- Conversion rates
- Turnover
- Posts per platform
- Engagement
- Follower/likes/etc.
