Job Summary:



  • The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

  • They will manage the Managing Director's schedule, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and handle confidential and sensitive information.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and other departments, ensuring that communication is clear, timely, and accurate.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested.

  • Manage and prioritize the Managing Director's incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail.

  • Coordinate and manage special projects and events as assigned by the Managing Director.

  • Attend meetings with the Managing Director and take minutes as required.

  • Conduct research and gather information as directed by the Managing Director.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing DirectorCapabilities & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent analytical and management skills.

  • Good Presentation & Communication skills


Qualifications & Experience.



  • Bachelor’s degree/HND

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience
